Sauerkraut with an apple

 

 

Sauerruben risotto

300 g rice
turkey steak (ca 300 g)
300 g grated raw turnip
a small onion
a clove of garlic
parsley
thyme
oil

Salt the steak and cut it into small cubes, then fry them with onions. Add rice
and fry everything together, then add some boiling water. When the water is
absorbed, add grated raw turnip, crushed garlic and again add water. As the rice
is cooked, add chopped parsley, thyme and sprinkle with grated Parmesan to
taste.

Sauerkraut with an apple

Grate the apple and stir it into sauerkraut. Add a tablespoon of cold-pressed
vegetable oil. Serve in cups, sprinkled with sultanas.
